Overview
A contemporary family home designed for a narrow riverside plot, balancing privacy, cross-ventilation and river views across two levels.
The challenge
The plot was long and narrow with strict setback limits and a high water table near the river edge.
Our solution
We reoriented the layout around a central courtyard for light and airflow, and engineered a raised, well-drained foundation suited to the ground conditions.
Outcome
A naturally cool, light-filled home delivered on schedule, with living spaces that open toward the river.
